A CAPTIVATING TRUE STORY
When an underprivileged dancer from the hood loses his family's support due to homophobia, he will have to enter the difficult world of sex work if he wants to fulfill his dream of joining a prestigious company and competing for the National Dance Award.
A six-episode dramatic miniseries based on the true story of Enrique Melgarejo, a dancer, sex worker, and winner of the National Dance Prize. A unique portrait of Mexico City's social strata through his clients and the diverse facets of dance. The series is based on his acclaimed theatrical work and is being produced with his full participation and consent.
Developed in a Netflix incubator program.
